Gone. Long Gone.
This books-read portal is no more. It has ceased to be. It's expired and gone to meet its maker.

As of 1/1/14, I am turning to this shelf on Goodreads to catalog my books-read for 2014 (even though it has a header on it about containing 2013 reads). It will also link to brief reviews of each. And I promise that I will not rate everything 4 out of 5 as I have so far with the first three.

Maybe, eventually, this "community" will return to what it originally was, which was my writing platform for a NaNo (or NaJu or NaMar) effort.

Na-ahhhhh.

2013 Books Read list
No editing jobs in house right now, so I'll add that disclaimer when and if it becomes important.

As for the other thingies: I now mark, with the (E) sign (for e-books) or an (A) sign (for audiobooks)(which I'm kinda done with but you never know), the books I'm reading (or at least initially reading) on the tablet. I suspect I'll always be into paper, and it's a bitch having to deal with the quirks of four five different reader/player softwares (Stanza, Overdrive, Kindle and the Android-proprietary "My Library" thingy)(plus, now, Audible for audio downloads for THAT corner of Amazonland), but in time I think the latter will settle down, but the former will never totally go away.
